How it Works
We offer delivery to select areas in the lower mainland of British Columbia. Please see below for more information on the delivery. locations and schedule:

Delivery Service
A minimum order of $50 (before taxes) is required to qualify for delivery. Orders will only be accepted if placed online via our website and have been prepaid. Please provide a phone number and our team can call/text regarding the delivery.
We will call/text when the delivery is 15 minutes away from the destination. Deliveries will be left by the front door or where indicated according to the notes providing by the customer along with pictures taken.
Delivery fee of $20+GST will be applied
Missed Delivery And Charges
In the event that our driver is unable to complete the delivery due to circumstance at your end and out of our control, your order will be refunded minus a $20 missed delivery and restocking fee. Missed delivery orders will be voided and must be re-submitted if you require delivery in the future.

By using our delivery service, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions outlined on this page. Natural Bites is not responsible for any charges you incur as a result of non-compliance of the terms and conditions outlined on this page. Additionally, we assume no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items that are delivered to your home or business.
