WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

Online orders have a minimum order quantity as described within the product description of the item(s) you are purchasing.

Local pickup from our store: Minimum order of $50.

I MADE AN ERROR IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Please e-mail naturalbitesinc@gmail.com or call (604)-723-3464  as soon as possible and we'll do our best to find a solution.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and Amex for all online orders. Purchases in store can be paid with cash & e-transfer in addition to the methods mentioned above.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

No refunds are available since we cannot verify whether the products were kept in proper condition and stored correctly. Unless the products purchased were defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at naturalbitesinc@gmail.com and provide the order number along with details of the product and the defect. Once it is approved, we will replace the product with a product of the same description.
